Submit your lesson plan

Before the session, you submit your plan through the app. It is checked against the student's profile and curriculum. Approved in minutes. If it needs adjusting, you get a note. No plan approved, no session unlocked — this protects you and the student.

Start the session — teach

For in-person: open the app at the student's location to check in, then start the session. For virtual: launch the call from the app. Either way, the session is recorded automatically. Parent receives a notification that class has started. Offline-capable — records sync later.

Complete the assessment — get paid

A short three-stage post-session assessment takes about five minutes. The session is scored. Score 60 or above: your earnings are released and hit your account within 2 business days. Automatic every time.

Your earnings are protected

Payment is held securely with our payment provider from the moment a parent subscribes. It is released to you on completion — not based on parent satisfaction, but on session completion and scoring. No one can withhold your pay.
